BOGOR 21012014

I shall have to visit Borobudur again and again..

there’s too much beauty and detail

to take in all at once.

This man is holding a weapon…and it looks like

a double edged trisula to me, albeit small…

I love the details…

the squirrel running up the tree,

and the two deers resting under.

The fold of the man’s clothes are also

meticulously illustrated.

  1. The stone work is fascinating…

    • It sure is…that’s why I want to return again and again…always making excuses to stop by when traveling in the area :)
